In addition to providing conventional Survey and Valuation Services Rupert Greenlees is a leading specialist in residential Leasehold Reform. Highly experienced in the production of 1993 and 1967 Act statutory valuations and expert submissions.
Building surveyor and member of RPSA experienced in the provision of pre purchase condition surveys including level 2 and
level 3 home surveys incorporating building pathology and defect analysis.
